Agreement to These Terms
By using this website, reading the content, or booking any experience, you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the site immediately.
Booking and Payment
All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include everything described at the moment of booking. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, but once your payment is accepted the price is locked for you even if we later discover a mistake.
Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time and in suitable condition to take part in the chosen activity. Guides may refuse participation if someone appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively, or lacks the basic fitness level required for safety. In such cases no refund will be offered.
Age and Supervision
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult who takes full responsibility for their safety and behavior. Certain activities have minimum age limits for insurance reasons; these will be clearly shown before payment.
Health and Safety
You must inform us before booking about any medical condition, allergy, or mobility issue that could affect your participation or require special assistance. While we do everything possible to keep everyone safe, outdoor and travel activities always carry some risk, and you accept that risk when you join.
Photography and Video
Guides and other guests often take photos and short videos during the day. By joining you give permission for your image to be used in our promotional materials unless you explicitly tell the guide on the spot that you do not want to appear. We will always respect that request.
Changes by Us
Occasionally weather, traffic, government rules, or sudden closures force us to modify the route, timing, or certain elements of the day. We will always provide a comparable alternative or, if that is impossible, a full refund.

Our separate Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Please read it carefully before payment.
Liability Limitation
DROSE TOUR MANILA LLC organizes and operates the experiences with care, but we are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, traffic accidents, civil disturbance, etc.). Personal travel insurance covering cancellation and medical emergencies is strongly recommended.
Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, graphics, and design elements on this site belong to DROSE TOUR MANILA LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or republish them for commercial purposes without written consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled in the courts of Blue Earth County, Minnesota.
